Why You Mad!? John Mayer Edition

THIS GUY?! Boy Stop!

Okay.. So.. everyone is mad at John Mayer.. why!? 

First off.. lets start off with who this dude his.. he’s a white dude who sings.. I cannot tell you what he sings or how it sounds.. he’s just a white dude who sings and apparently has a “hood pass”.. whatever the hell that means because I don’t think I even have one of those.. Now..  

Why people are mad.. he made two statements in an interview with Playboy.. 1. he said his wang is racist and doesn’t like black chicks.. 2. he said the “N” word.. 

PLAYBOY: Do black women throw themselves at you?MAYER: I don’t think I open myself to it. My dick is sort of like a white supremacist. I’ve got a Benetton heart and a f*ckin’ David Duke cock. I’m going to start dating separately from my dick. 

MAYER: Someone asked me the other day, “What does it feel like now to have a hood pass?” And by the way, it’s sort of a contradiction in terms, because if you really had a hood pass, you could call it a nigger pass. Why are you pulling a punch and calling it a hood pass if you really have a hood pass? But I said, “I can’t really have a hood pass. I’ve never walked into a restaurant, asked for a table and been told, ‘We’re full.’” 

 PLAYBOY: It is true; a lot of rappers love you. You recorded with Common and Kanye West, played live with Jay-Z. 

MAYER: What is being black? It’s making the most of your life, not taking a single moment for granted. Taking something that’s seen as a struggle and making it work for you, or you’ll die inside. Not to say that my struggle is like the collective struggle of black America. But maybe my struggle is similar to one black dude’s 

Issue 1: Racist D*ck — no one who ever turned down a potential partner just because of their opposite skin tone should ever get mad because a white man don’t wanna bang a black woman! There are BLACK women who won’t date other BLACK men because they aren’t light or dark skinned.. get mad at them.. but don’t be mad at this dude for being honest.. I don’t have a preference towards hittin white men.. I’ve seen some hot ones.. but HONESTLY.. the thought of having sex with them elicits gags and in mouth vomiting.. aint hann’n.. and PLEASE take a gander @ John Mayer.. dude looks like Edward Scissorhands.. I’ll pass 

Issue 2: Nigger Pass — so.. sounds to me like he is saying that having a “hood pass” is like having a pass to be an undesirable black person.. hence “never walked into a restaurant, asked for a table and been told, ‘We’re full.’”.. also hence “nigger pass”.. yeah.. I get it.. being “hood” is undesirable and whatnot.. I get it.. but just because you are having a candid conversation or interview does not mean you should just be throwing out “N” words all willy-nilly.. it’s just.. not that kind of word.. too much weight.. I don’t even like to hear black people say “nigga” in public! 

Issue 3: Umm — did this fool say “what is it like being black” .. FOOL! you don’t know.. honestly.. so many of us don’t understand the struggle.. we have it made now in so many ways.. we’ll never understand what many of our parents/grandparents/great-grands/ancestors endured..
